Check Out the Meetings Coming up in Hastings

There will be several key meetings in Hastings this week as various boards discuss issues from around the village.

The Hastings Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. The board will be presenting a 25 year service award to Michael Gunther for his time with the Department of Public Works.

The board will be discussing cluster zoning, an update on the abundance of deer in Hastings, the county licensing of taxicabs, village sustainability and a waterfront update. The meeting will be held in the Municipal Building in the second floor meeting room. 

The Hastings Conservation Commission will meet after the Board of Trustees at 8 p.m. in the Municipal Building conference room.

The Hastings Recreation Commission will be meeting Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the James V. Harmon Community Center.
